RWD Cell Separation Kit (Column free) contains biotinylated antibodies and biodegradable nanomagnetic beads. It can rapidly, simply, and in large quantities isolate the target cells that are not in contact with the magnetic beads and are unlabeled. By adding biotinylated antibodies to PBMCs or single-cell suspensions to label the non-target cells (negative selection), and then using streptavidin magnetic beads to bind the labeled non-target cells. The target cells are obtained by means of magnetic pole adsorption.

Application:

T cell separation, B cell separation, immune cell separation, microglia separation, (stem cell separation)

Q&A

Q1: What are the advantages of RWD Cell Separation Kit (Column free)?+

The sorting time is short, only taking 10 minutes. The magnetic beads have a larger particle size and stronger magnetism, eliminating the need for multiple cell washings.

Q2: 2.What are the specifications of the regular version and trial version of RWD Cell Separation Kit (Column free)? How many times can each of them be used respectively?+

Currently, for the cell separation kit, it is recommended to use 10 μL of antibodies + 10 μL of magnetic beads for a single experiment, which can be used to sort 10^7 cells.

The regular package contains 1 ml of antibodies + 1 ml of magnetic beads, which is enough for 100 times of use (for sorting 1×10^9 cells); the trial package contains 200 μL of antibodies + 200 μL of magnetic beads, which is enough for 20 times of use.

Q3: 3.What's the nanoparticle size of RWD Cell Separation Kit (Column free)? What's the degradation cycle of the magnetic beads? And how are they guaranteed?+

The particle size of the nanomagnetic beads ranges from 100 to 300 nm.

The magnetic beads will fall off during the cell culturing process, which takes about 2 to 3 days. The experimental data of cell culturing and activation can prove that the magnetic beads have no impact on the state of the cells.
